It’s been another busy and successful year for us at my|deposits so we thought we’d take a look back at the support we’ve provided for our member landlords and agents, along with some of our key achievements in 2012.
We’ve had our challenges and we still need to do more but we remain focused on providing you, our customers, with the service you want and rightly expect from a tenancy deposit protection scheme.
Back in 2011 we embarked on a series of educational campaigns to support our members and we’ve continued this throughout 2012. This year we really wanted to get to work on educating you about how best to avoid disputes and to make sure you’re fully prepared if one arises. We believe that dispute education is vital to this.
